During my recent stay in Cali, I appreciated the hotel's 24-hour reception and the warm hospitality of the staff, particularly the friendly woman at the reception who ensured all my needs were met. the well-maintained room was a joy to return to after exploring the city, and I was delighted by the availability of decent food options and a remarkable manicurist right downstairs. The breakfast options were more than satisfactory, and the convenient vending machine offered a delightful selection of snacks and drinks. It’s the attention to detail and the focus on guest comfort that made my stay truly memorable. I departed with a heart full of satisfaction and appreciation!
